What can I use my prepaid balance for?

How long do I have to use my balance?
+Your prepaid service agreement covers events booked within 12 months of enrollment. Approaching the end with a remaining balance? Reach out. We will work with you.
Can I get a refund?
+Prepaid service agreements are non-refundable, but your balance is transferable. You can transfer your remaining balance to a colleague, another department, or a friend planning an event.
Can I transfer my balance?
+Yes. Your prepaid balance can be transferred to another person or organization with written request. Just let us know who to contact for booking.
How do I book an event?
+Visit our website and request a proposal. Customize everything. Service type, guest count, event length, add-ons. Once you confirm, that event invoices against your prepaid balance.
Is there a limit to how many events I can book?
+No limit. Book as many events as your prepaid balance supports. We will let you know your remaining balance after each booking.
What happens when my balance runs out?
+You can either re-enroll in the program and receive a new bonus, or book additional events at standard rates. Either way, we are glad to have you.
