We are flexible with timing. If adjustments need to be made at a later time please let us know.

Service Times *

Please let us know what times you would like us to serve. We are flexible with timing and can make any changes as needed.

We need to arrive about 1 hour before the service starts to get everything ready. For example, if you want service to start at 8am, we arrive around 7am.

This arrival time may change depending on your location, venue, services, etc. If this changes we will let you know.

Will this event be outdoors? *

We are unable to provide outdoor services between November 1st and April 30th unless we are provided a heated tent/shelter.
For the remainder of the year, ambient temps must be greater than 60°F for outdoor services.
For all outdoor services we must be set up on paved, flat, level surfaces (no grass, etc.)

Tent Fee *

Yes - Please bring a tent (+$250)
I will provide a tent, shelter or canopy (At least 10x10 in size)

If we are setting up outside (such as on a driveway) and a tent, shelter or other similar protection is not provided, we will need to include a tent to protect our staff from the sun and weather.
The tent we bring is 10x10.

Will there be live entertainment such as a band or DJ at your event?

Live Entertainment Acknowledgment *

I have reviewed the setup requirements and will ensure that a separate area is provided for La Vita Espresso, as La Vita Espresso can not be located in the same room as the live entertainment.

In order for us to provide the best customer service to your guests we need to be set up in a separate room or adjacent hallway to the event space that is hosting the live entertainment. Being in the same space as the live entertainment makes it difficult to have conversations with your guests.

Where will we be setting up? *

All residential services must be in the garage or driveway on a paved, flat, level surface. No exceptions

If you are hosting an event inside your condo or apartment building with easy access (no stairs) and/or have elevators, please select "Non-residential location".

Residential Setup Requirements *

I acknowledge that La Vita Espresso will not provide their services at my house unless setting up in the garage or driveway.
Any requests to set up in locations other than the garage or driveway will not be accommodated.
