We are always accepting applications for part-time, on-call servers and baristas.

La Vita Espresso offers a unique work environment with no office! All of our servers meet us at our customer’s location and help us set up, serve and tear down the event – no doing dishes, putting things away or restocking!

We highly recommend you have reliable transportation as most events are within the 5-county metropolitan area and every job is at a new location. Occasionally, some jobs require travel outside this area. For events like this, we will offer transportation to and from these job sites.

Servers accepting a part-time, on-call position have no guaranteed work hours. Nearly all shifts are about 4 hours in length. Depending on the time of year, there might be many shifts available or very few. We offer a minimum 4 hours of pay as long as you show up on time.

The majority of available shifts have at least one to two weeks notice.
