We are always accepting applications for part-time, on-call servers and baristas to join our event team.

La Vita Espresso offers a unique work environment — no office, no dishwashing, no restocking. You’ll meet us on-site at each event, help with setup and teardown, serve great drinks, and then head out.

Reliable transportation is required. Most events are within the 5-county metro, but every job is at a different location. Occasionally, we serve events outside the area — in those cases, we’ll provide transportation to and from the site.

This is a part-time, on-call position — there are no guaranteed hours. Most shifts are around 4 hours long. Depending on the season, there may be many shifts available or very few. As long as you show up on time, you’re paid for a minimum of 4 hours.

Most shifts are scheduled with at least one to two weeks’ notice.
