That minimum covers the prep, staffing, and real equipment it takes to deliver a full-service experience.

If your budget is under that, this form won’t be the right fit. If it is — you’re in for an event that outclasses the ordinary.

Booking & Cancellation Tiers

We offer three packages with different cancellation and rescheduling terms. Pick one now or stick with Silver — you can change your tier anytime in your dashboard.

Silver Tier (Included by Default)

Our Silver Tier provides the baseline terms for all events.

Rescheduling:
You may postpone and reschedule once at no cost, provided you give at least 30 days' notice. The new date must be within 6 months of the original.

Final Cancellation:
If you cancel entirely without rescheduling, 50% of the invoice is due with 30+ days' notice. With less than 30 days' notice, 100% of the invoice is due.

Gold Tier (+$150 or 10% of invoice, whichever is greater)

Our mid-level tier with added flexibility. Smart protection against the common last-minute surprises.

Rescheduling:
One reschedule allowed at no cost with 14 days’ notice. New date must be within 9 months of the original.

Final Cancellation:
If you cancel entirely without rescheduling, 50% of the invoice is due with 14+ days’ notice. With less than 14 days’ notice, 100% of the invoice is due.

Platinum Tier (+$250 or 20% of invoice, whichever is greater)

Our top tier for peace of mind. Best choice for winter events.

Rescheduling:
Reschedule unlimited times at no cost with 24 hours’ notice. New dates must be within 12 months of the original.

Cancellation Credit:
If your event is cancelled within 7 days, you’ll receive a 50% credit, valid for one year from the original date.
